News and Media

We run programs, workshops, and events to empower older Tasmanians. From community sessions to informative workshops, our work connects, supports, and advocates for positive ageing across the state.

Programs and Events that Empower Older Tasmanians Across the State

At COTA Tasmania, we deliver a wide range of programs, events, and workshops designed to support and uplift older people in our communities. Whether it’s practical information sessions, digital inclusion training, or forums on health and wellbeing, our initiatives are tailored to the real needs of Tasmanians as they age.

We engage with local communities across urban and regional areas, ensuring access and inclusion for all. Through these activities, we help older people stay informed, connected, and confident in making choices that support their independence and quality of life.
