Central Tasmania - Learning Activities

TasWriters are hosting online writing workshops. These workshops provide writers with an income stream and can boost your creative writing skills. Workshops are open to members and non-members.

The Burnie Concert Band senior band, adult learners band, junior band and junior learners band continue to practice music during COVID-19. Pieces are recorded and emailed to players by the Musical Director, with players able to reply with their own recordings. Membership is also available.

Community choir sessions with conductor Lila Meleisia. No experience in singing needed and it doesn't matter if you have previously attended With One Voice sessions or not.

Members of Poplars & Penmen thrive on constructive feedback and broadening their mindsets. Current members are both published and unpublished. The group aims to create a supportive atmosphere that propels members forward.
