The FUN class is conducted to music and is chair based and chair assisted. Meaning half of the class is in the chair the other part is conducted out of the chair focussing on balance, strength, falls prevention and coordination.
Be Connected Clarence participants learn skills such as how to use email, navigate the internet, smartphone use, video calling, the Check in Tas App and so much more.
