Contemporay dance – low impact classes for 55s and over

This wonderful and inclusive class is tailored for adults with no previous experience in contemporary dance or other dance techniques. Students will learn the basic techniques of contemporary dance, combined with strengthening and stretching exercises. Classes will help students to achieve greater body awareness, increased co-ordination and the confidence to continue exploring contemporary dance while having fun! There is zero floorwork, but 100% fun!
