Expression of interest – Project Management
We’re looking to engage a suitably qualified and experience person or organisation to provide short-term project management services.
We’ve been successfully commissioned as the primary provider of Care Finder services in Tasmania. Care Finder is a Commonwealth Government funded program which aims to help people find and connect with aged care services in their local area. The Project Manager – Care Finder Service Implementation will be responsible for the delivery of the Care Finder Service Implementation Project which will see the conversion of COTA’s previous service delivery model under the Aged Care System Navigator trail to the new Care Finder service model, which involves a significant upscale.
